My name is Aree Richardson.
I am passionate about helping others reach their goals and strive to help people see what they truly are capable of. I believe that through hard work, disciple and consistency all goals are obtainable.
I grew up playing competitive soccer as a goalkeeper. I trained with the USA National GoalKeeper coach and was on one of the best teams in the nation for my age group at the time. After a few injuries to my knee towards the end of my high school years I made the decision to hang up my cleats in 2013.
It was shortly after making that decision that I found CrossFit. I remember finishing my first workout and saying to myself that CrossFit was going to be a big factor in my life. Little did I know that I would be where I am at today.
Over the past several years CrossFit has brought significant growth to myself as a person, athlete, and coach.
At the beginning of 2018 I set out to pursue my knowledge in CrossFit and in health and fitness and completed my CrossFit Level 1 course. Then in 2019 I completed my CrossFit Level 2. I am passionate about always continuing to learn and grow in my capabilities.
When I am not coaching you will most likely find me out on the floor lifting a barbell, at the beach or hanging out at a coffee shop.
CrossFit has impacted my life in such a positive way and I look forward to coaching the athletes of Ausletics!
