My name is Sharon Renteria,

My life moto is “Fitness for Life”. I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. You could say that I have instructed just about every format of exercise under the sun! Among other things, my fitness background includes Group Exercise Instructor, Cycle Instructor, Boot Camp Instructor, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and USAW Strength and Conditioning coach. 

My passion is to encourage others to live healthy, strong lives through fitness, wellness and eating the right kinds of food to fuel the body. When I am not picking up a barbell I enjoy hanging out with my family, cooking or reading. 

I enjoy competing and putting hard work to the test. I accomplished an array of marathons, half marathons, triathlons, half Ironman, Tough Mudder, CrossFit competitions…you get the picture!

When I am coaching you can expect to be coached with the same drive and integrity I hold to myself! You will be fiercely encouraged and guided to crush your goals!
