Olympic lifting focuses on the clean and jerk and snatch, using progressions, complexes and skill specific drills to enhance and maximize your lifting.

We offer Weightlifting 3 times a week (Wednesday Nights, Friday Mornings and Saturday Mornings). 

Our programs are written by Level 2 USAW Coach, Sharon. 

Ausletics CrossFit is a barbell club with USAW. 

Membership includes access to all weightlifting classes and programs.
