SIGNATURE CLASSES INCLUDE

 

CROSSFIT - Functional movement for a functional life. Testing various methods of training through barbell,  kettle-bell, dumbbell, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning to empower you, build strength and get leaner.

 

SWEAT 60 - High intensity training. 

Challenging workouts with cardio and body-weight movements designs to make you sweat. (no CrossFit experience required)

 

Sweat 30 - 30 minute class focusing on metcons only.

WEIGHTLIFTING - Olympic lifting focuses on the clean and jerk and snatch, using progressions, complexes and skill specific drills to enhance and maximize your lifting.

Our trainers can guide you by creating a plan that is specific to your needs.
